In my role as Learning Resources Design Librarian, I collaborate on teaching and learning-related practice and scholarship with groups and individuals within the Libraries and across the university community. I am also the Libraries liaison for the Department of Nutrition & Health Sciences. Before arriving at UNL, I served for ten years as a faculty member at Purdue University Libraries, where I taught/co-taught a variety of undergraduate courses on topics ranging from United States food policy to identity theory, consulted with instructors across campus on course redesign projects, and collaboratively developed curriculum to support undergraduate researchers. My research interests focus on the intersection of undergraduate education, information literacy, and scholarly communication.
