Dr. Xueheng Shi obtained his PhD of mathematics from Clemson University in 2020, and then he completed the postdoctoral scholarship at UC Santa Cruz (2020-2021) and UC Davis (2021-2022) under the supervision of Dr. Robert Lund, Dr. Alexander Aue, and Dr. Thomas Lee.<br><br> Dr. Shi joined UNL Statistics in August 2022. He teaches graduate-level mathematical statistics, advanced inference, asympototic theory, probability theory, stochastic process and time series. Dr. Shi is also a joint faculty member of Biological System Engineering at UNL.
